Alison Thompson joined Lindsay and Company in 2007, thus beginning her foray into public accounting. She received her CPA license in 2010, and is a member of the California Society of Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Executive Research Council for Accounting Today. She also serves on the financial literacy community of the California CPA Society, and serves as treasurer for her Rotary club. Alison comes from a business background, having worked in both sales and human resources prior to joining the firm. In addition to client services, her present responsibilities include management of information technology. She graduated from the California State University, Channel Islands in 2008 (B.S., magna cum laude). In her free time (i.e, outside of tax season!), she enjoys spending time with her family and three dogs, and working on various projects within the community and beyond with the Rotary Club of Ventura-East.
